Youth Future Lab and our Partners are set to hold a Mental Health Training Session on the 26th of September 2023. This program is aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of Mental Health issues. Mental Health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stress of life, realize their abilities, learn/work well, and contribute to their community. It is an integral component of health and well-being that underpins our individual and collective abilities to make decisions, build relationships, and shape the world we live in. It is a basic human right crucial to personal, community, and socio-economic development.
