It’s important those working in education know the differences between healthy and harmful sexual behaviours and what to do if a child or young person has experienced it. This Harmful Sexual Behaviour training course will give your staff all the sexually harmful behaviour resources to recognise, support and report any concerns they may have.
This Harmful Sexual Behaviour online training course covers two modules including what is healthy sexual development, the types and effects of harmful sexual behaviour, how to recognise it, how to give support and covers the harmful sexual behaviour definition. This course is designed for anyone who encounters or works with children and young people and has a responsibility to keep them safe.
Sometimes teaching staff can feel anxious about discussing this topic in children and young people and our Harmful Sexual Behaviour course will help increase their confidence in being able to spot harmful behaviour and how to effectively respond to it in your school according to the harmful sexual behaviour framework. An early response can help prevent children from harming themselves and others.
