If not followed correctly, consumers have the right to seek a court order and bring civil and criminal action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the trader does not comply with a court order it can lead to a penalty of an unlimited fine and 2 years imprisonment. This course takes between 1-2 hours to complete.
